Employee Of The Month
The Employee of the Month programme is to recognise our employees who go above and beyond the requirements of their role in an exceptional manner and with a positive and supportive attitude.
The criteria we look for is as follows:
- The nominee must have been nominated by the client or his/her supervisor
- Someone who is consistently dependable and punctual and is fully committed to their role and supporting the company and client
- Willing to support team members as well as using own initiative to complete tasks and actions
- Someone who has stepped up when a security threat has taken place in order to keep the public/clients and tenants safe
Once a team member has been nominated, a certificate and gift vouchers will be presented to them by their Site Manager/Contracts Manager
