Mark Mathurin
Managing Director
Mark set up the company in 2011 and has devoted much of his time in introducing systems to not only enhance the manned guarding operation but to strengthen the company’s approved contractor status.
Prior to joining the company Mark was Director at Cosmo Security Solutions. Before his commercial career Mark enjoyed 25yrs in the 1st Battalion the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. His spare time is spent with his children and socialising with friends.
Mark supports West Bromwich Albion and attends many of their home games when possible.
Peter Horner
Operations Director
As Operations Director, Peter is responsible for overseeing all regions as well as a portfolio in London and the South East Coast.
Peter has spent over 18 years in the Security Industry, working as an Area Supervisor, then working his way up through the ranks, providing direction and supervision to members of staff, as well as high quality customer service to all his clients in his portfolios.
Nicola Hayward
Accounts Manager
Prior to joining Hackle Security Nicola had been employed as an Account Manager for a large service group and has worked within the security industry for a number of years.
Outside of the office, Nicola enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as travelling. Nicola is a keen gardener and has won many a competition.
Geoffray Green
Contracts Manager – London
Geoffray joined the team in January 2024 as Contracts Manager, covering sites within Central London and the surrounding areas.
Geoffray has 16 years experience within the corporate security and crisis management arenas to a wide client base and brings a wealth of knowledge and advice to all our clients and staff.
John Dennis
Contracts Manager – South West
John joined the team in February 2024, covering sites in the South West region.
John has been in the security industry for over 20 years, providing door supervision and then working his way up to management positions. John is extremely professional in every role he has carried out and will certainly fit in well here at Hackle!
Jo Papworth
Office Manager
Jo is the Office Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day to day duties within the office, liaising with the company’s client portfolio, ensuring HSS procedures are carried out professionally and on time, HR as well as handling a number of general administrative duties.
Charlie Rich
Ops Supervisor
Charlie joined us in August 2022 as Control Room Operative, but then took on the new role of Ops Supervisor in February 2023, overseeing administrative duties carried out by the Ops Coordinator and the Control Room Operatives.
Charlie also ensures HSS procedures and audits are actioned and meet security regulations.
Anya Holloway
Operations Support
Anya joined us in March 2023 and has administrative responsibility for site and security officers across all sites in London and the South East and South West of England.
Emma Malley
Administration Assistant
Emma joined us in November 2023 to assist the Office Manager with the day-to-day administration such as stationary and miscellaneous requirements for all sites, monthly reports, staff expenses, HR as well as answering the telephone and ad-hoc duties.
